Duos Technologies Group signed a ten-year colocation agreement for 20MW of facility load with an unnamed “mature publicly traded cloud services provider” in the US. The agreement represents more than $400 million of total contract value over the initial term.

Capacity is expected to be deployed in Q2 2027 within Duos’ “expanding portfolio of Edge AI campuses.”

Duos previously secured an unnamed “investment-grade hyperscaler” as a customer for 10MW of capacity, and neocloud NiStar for 2MW in Columbus, Georgia. Duos said it was now directing its capital exclusively to developing and operating 10-30MW modular colocation sites across the US.
