Marcus & Millichap sold Applewood Manor Apartment Homes, a 19-unit multifamily property in Yucaipa, California, for $7.25 million. The price works out to $381,579 per unit.
Douglas McCauley, senior managing director investments, added that the seller provided financing to give the buyer time to lease the units and stabilize the property.
Built in 2026, Yucaipa Townhomes is located at 12446 18th St. and consists of 19 two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome units totaling 22,401 rentable square feet on 2.44 acres. Each 1,179-square-foot unit features a private backyard with a covered patio, an attached two-car garage and washer and dryer hookups.
Bogoyevac and David O'Keefe, also of the South Bay office, procured the buyer, DWI, LLC.
