Oxide Compute Company has secured $445 million in a Series D funding round. The round was led by Eclipse, with AMD Ventures joining as a new investor.

According to Oxide, the company reached profitability this year and customer demand exceeds production capacity. CEO Steve Tuck said the company has been required to scale manufacturing capacity by 20x over the past 12 months, and demand still exceeds supply.

Oxide previously secured $200 million in February 2026 and $100 million in its Series B round. Known customers of the Oxide Cloud Computer include CoreSite, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Switch.
