Effective July 29, 2026. Light Tower Group uses information submitted through this website to evaluate and respond to business inquiries, deliver requested capital-readiness briefs and editorial communications, consider voluntary reader feedback, maintain website security, understand content use and conversion performance, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information you provide
The confidential review form may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, capital need, asset type, approximate deal size, and the description you choose to provide. The Capital Readiness Diagnostic may also collect your role, transaction type, market, timing, perceived execution constraint, current stage, article source, and the communication permissions you affirmatively select. The chat experience may collect the text you enter and related conversation context. If you join the Insights edition, the site collects your email address and optional first name. Reader polls and editorial prompts may collect the response or story idea you voluntarily provide.
Information collected for security and operation
The hosting platform may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time, requested page, and error details. Submission endpoints use an IP address temporarily to limit abusive request volume. The Capital Readiness Diagnostic stores a one-way fingerprint rather than the raw IP address with the submission record. Do not submit passwords, bank account numbers, tax identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the form, diagnostic, or chat.
The site uses a first-party analytics system to record page views, anonymous browser sessions, approximate location supplied by the hosting network, device and browser category, referring domain, campaign tags, engagement time, scroll depth, outbound clicks, calls to action, and Capital Readiness funnel events. The system uses a random identifier limited to the current browser session. It does not use advertising pixels, cross-site identifiers, fingerprinting, or stored raw IP addresses, and it does not intentionally receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, form contents, or diagnostic answers. These signals are used to improve the usefulness of the publication, understand conversion performance, and prioritize relevant content—not to make automated financial or eligibility decisions.
How information is used
- To assess whether an inquiry may fit Light Tower Group’s services.
- To calculate and deliver the Capital Readiness Brief requested by a visitor.
- To segment a submission by capital need, timing, audience type, and article source so follow-up can be relevant.
- To respond, schedule a conversation, and coordinate follow-up.
- To protect the website and its forms from abuse.
- To deliver the requested Insights edition and manage subscription preferences.
- To consider reader questions, polls, and story suggestions when planning future coverage.
- To understand which editorial formats create meaningful reader value.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations when applicable.
Service providers and disclosure
The website is hosted on Netlify. First-party analytics events and validated Capital Readiness Diagnostic records are stored in private Netlify data stores, and requested briefs, secure dashboard sign-in links, form notifications, and editorial email may be delivered through Resend. Reader feedback may also be delivered to a configured first-party editorial data store. If Light Tower Group activates an SMS program, messages may be processed by a messaging service provider subject to the permissions and terms shown when you opt in. Those providers process information on Light Tower Group’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization.
Retention and security
Anonymous first-party analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Inquiry and diagnostic information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and any applicable legal obligations. Capital Readiness Diagnostic records are flagged for a retention review after two years; a record may be retained longer when an active business relationship, consent record, dispute, or legal obligation requires it. The visitor intelligence dashboard is protected by an invite-only Netlify Identity account and server-validated access tokens. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from an editorial email using the link in that email. Marketing email permission, SMS permission, and a request for direct advisory follow-up are separate choices and are not preselected. If you opt into text messages, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; additional details appear in the Messaging Terms. The analytics system honors Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals. You may also use the browser-specific control below, ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, or contact the firm by phone instead of using a website form.
