Program and sender
The sender is Light Tower Group. Messages may include requested follow-up concerning a submitted capital scenario, relevant Light Tower Group research, and limited commercial real estate capital-markets updates. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email ben@lighttowergroup.co, or call (347) 554-0093.
Eligibility and number changes
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out before discontinuing use of that number and notify Light Tower Group when appropriate.

Information associated with the messaging program is handled under the Light Tower Group Privacy Notice. Messaging permission is recorded separately from email permission and a request for direct advisory follow-up.
Changes
Light Tower Group may update or discontinue the messaging program. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
